TASTING NOTES FROM WINEMAKER:
Color Intense ruby red. The notes on the nose are
absolutely herbaceous tones, spices and light black
pepper. The acidity is intermediate without seeking to
be invasive, non-invasive tannins and a soft finish, a
faithful Carmenere de Rapel. Our Reserve Line is
characterized by the predominance of fruit on wood,
which is more present, the ideal is an easy wine to
drink and enjoy. Drink ideally at 18 °.

Grape : Cabernet Sauvignon
Alcoholic Degree: 14 % Vol.

VINIFICATION:
Alcoholic fermentation between 27 ° to 29 °, to obtain
better color and structure. It is completed and
complemented with malolactic fermentation.
The wine then goes for 12 to 14 months in French
barrels of 1st to 3rd use.

PAIRING RECOMMENDATION:
High quality red meat with fat or Smooth, in 3/4 term
with salt to taste.
Meat casserole and potato cake.
