It was born in 1882 from a cross between the Rhenish Riesling and Sylvaner varieties by the researcher Herman Müller Thurgau.
Thanks to the high altitudes in which it is grown, there is a slow ripening of the grapes that give the wines their typical aromatic characteristics. The color is straw yellow with greenish reflections, fruity and aromatic.
On the palate it is characteristic, fresh and fruity.
Pairings: dishes based on fish or white meat.
Service temperature: 12-13 ° C.
