Vallagarina’s main wine, its fame was also attested to by Mozart, who, at the time presented by the Lodrons for one of his concerts in Italy, honors Trentino wine citing it in Don Giovanni: “… pour the excellent Marzemino came!”
The color is ruby red with violet reflections, the aroma and wild berries, floral tones and spicy notes are heard in the mouth.
Pairings: cooked cured meats, roasts and noble poultry on a spit.
Serving temperature: 16-18°C.

Long and intense maceration with care of the pomace;
Fermentation at controlled temperature;
Aging in 50 hl oak barrels.
