GRAPE: Carmenere
ALCOHOLIC DEGREE: 13,5% Vol.
VINIFICATION:
Alcoholic fermentation between 27° to 29°, to obtain better
color and structure. It is completed and complemented with
malolactic fermentation. The wine then goes for 6 to 8
months in French barrels from 2 to 4 use.
CLEANING AND FILTERING:
Once the mixture is ready, the wine is smoothly rinsed and
stablished at low temperatures, as long as necessary
PAIRING RECOMMENDATION:
Grilled ribs, ground meat empanadas de pino and spicy
meals or meals with moderate flavoring level.

TASTING NOTES FROM WINEMAKER:
Intense ruby red color. The notes on the nose are absolutely
herbaceous tones, spices and light black pepper. The acidity is
intermediate without becoming invasive. Their tannins are not
invasive and have a soft finish: A faithful Carmenere from Rapel.
Our Reserve Line is characterized by the predominance of fruit
on wood tones, which is more present.The commitment is a wine
easy to drink and enjoy. Drink ideally at 18 °C.
