MARTINELLI TEROLDEGO ROTALIANO 2018
Our Teroldego Rotaliano is produced outside the company in its historic vineyards. Only in the morning, the grapes are harvested by hand and transported with the utmost precision to quickly reach the company completely healthy and intact. After a few days of maceration in the oak vats, controlled fermentations begin day by day to reach the pressing, which is carried out differently depending on the characteristics of the harvest. The wine is accumulated in wooden barrels for aging and left to rest in the company’s historic cellar. The choice to use only large woods is dictated by the desire to allow the Teroldego to better express its varietal characteristics.
