The single barrel comes from Teroldego grapes from our best vineyard. Processed with the methods of Teroldego Rotaliano Classico, harvested by hand, the cold grapes are destemmed and then manually selected. After fermentation it rests for a little less than a year in a single barrel of French oak from “Single Barrel”. The wine is bottled without undergoing intensive clarification or filtration before the new year. This wine is the youngest in our range and the most representative of the vineyard itself. Fresh, intense and varietal, it expresses the characteristics of the young Teroldego Rotaliano Classico, small red fruits, raspberry and cherry currants, followed by balsamic and spicy.
